for baryon number definition Figures. Baryons are protons and neutrons.
In the hardcover edition of the book, the figure for xenon was too small. This page has big versions of the Figures that were too small. Protons are white and neutrons are dark in these plans for nuclear structure. The full screen version comes up when you right click the image to get the menu.
